Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across the country, where the minimum amount for shipping for an order is Rs 399.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer cash on delivery, only for select areas as long as your order value fall under Rs 3,999. Otherwise, will be required to either make a bank transfer or pay through a debit/credit card.

How long will my order take to be shipped?
Shipping from Aravalii usually takes about 5-7 business days from the time of order confirmation. If you have scheduled a fixed date and time, our team will get in touch with you to notify you further.

Do you have extra delivery costs?
Aravalii offers free shipping across India. All COD orders carry a minimal charge of Rs 99.

Is there an option for online payment?
Yes, of course! You can either pay with your credit/debit card or choose secure net banking.

What should I do in case of a damaged product?
Our team conducts a proper quality check for all products before shipping & delivery. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph or video attached as proof and email us on cc@aravalii.com or WhatsApp on +91 9873460000, and we will be happy to help you navigate the situation.

Is it possible for me to cancel or change my order?
For sure! All you have to do is notify our team within 24 hours of placing the order, because once an order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

What’s your return policy like?
We accept returns only if a product is damaged in transit. In case you want to put in a special request, do contact us on cc@aravalii.com and we will get in touch with you to understand your requirements.

What’s the criteria for exchanging a product?
We only exchange a product for you if it has been damaged in transit. If you want to put in a special request, you can send us an email on cc@aravalii.com or call on +91 9873460000 to speak to our customer service executive.

I am facing a little difficulty with the subscription. Can you help me with that?
Of course! If you are stuck with subscription and need our help, we are here to guide you. Just drop us an email on cc@aravalii.com mentioning a suitable date, time and phone number where our team can call you and guide you through it.

The size of all products is mentioned on their product page under "Details". Plant sizes vary as they are natural products and no two pieces are identical.

Will my order be delivered to me safely without breakage?
The products will reach you in perfect condition thanks to our well researched, practiced and perfected packaging techniques.

How do you ensure safe and breakage-free delivery?
Aravalii uses many different layers and materials in packaging our handcrafted products so that they reach you safe & sound. We have also tied up with trusted delivery partners for the same.

Can I have Cash on Delivery as an option?
Cash on Delivery is available as an option for orders below Rs. 4,999. We charge a standard fee of Rs 99 to confirm any COD order with Free Shipping.

Why can’t I see COD as an option?
Sometimes when you place orders from anywhere slightly outside of any main city, the system is unable to register your address specifics. Where are you located?
We are situated in Delhi with corporate offices in both Delhi and Mumbai.

Where is my order? Why hasn’t it reached me yet when I ordered it more than 5 days ago?
All orders require about 3-4 days of processing in house before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will be notified and provided with an Order Tracking link as well as an individual AWB number that you have to punch in to access your exact order status and details.
